Polyamide (PA) Components<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Polyamides (PA), commonly known as nylon or Perlon, are extremely versatile plastics. Their most important properties include high strength, toughness, abrasion resistance, and temperature resistance. Polyamide components are primarily used in applications where materials must withstand high mechanical stresses and where metal would be too heavy or too expensive.<\/p>\n

Polycarbonate (PC) Components<\/strong><\/h4>\n

PC is an inherently transparent engineering thermoplastic polymer whose chemical structure contains carbonate. The most important properties of PC are: high impact strength, optical clarity, thermal stability, and low weight. PC parts are widely used in the automotive industry, the electrical industry, the chemical industry, mechanical engineering, and many other fields.<\/p>\n

PFA is a high-performance thermoplastic fluoropolymer that combines the chemical inertness and temperature resistance of PTFE with good melt processability. PFA is used in applications that require high chemical inertness and temperature resistance, as well as a low coefficient of friction.<\/p>\n

Components made of <\/strong>polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE)<\/strong><\/h4>\n

PTFE, widely known by the brand name Teflon, is a high-performance, semi-crystalline fluoropolymer with high chemical inertness and temperature resistance, as well as low surface energy and a low coefficient of friction. Thanks to these outstanding properties, PTFE components can be used in numerous industries and applications, such as tight seals in high-pressure and high-temperature systems or as low-friction wear parts that reduce mechanical energy loss.<\/p>\n

Components made of <\/strong>polyester (PET)<\/strong><\/h4>\n

PET is a thermoplastic material belonging to the polyester family. It is lightweight, transparent, shatter-resistant, food-safe, and free of plasticizers or BPA. PET components are primarily used in industrial applications where high mechanical stability, dimensional accuracy, low moisture absorption, and good sliding and wear properties are required. Typical applications include: gears, cams, and bearings (especially for high loads at low speeds), sliding components (since PET is highly wear-resistant), as well as precision parts, housings, and insulators.<\/p>\n
