The Bectron\u00ae SK75 series\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>is a two-component, addition-curing system. All products have been designed with low viscosity for ease of application. They cure at room temperature but can be accelerated by heat. Thanks to their elastic properties and long-term heat resistance from -40\u00b0C to +200\u00b0C, these resins are successfully used for potting sensitive electronics in outdoor applications and harsh environments, power modules, etc. The resins are flame retardant according to UL94.<\/h5>\n
