The standard width of the film is 610 mm – widths up to 1500 mm on request. Standard thicknesses (in \u00b5m) – 12, 18, 25, 38, 50, 63, 75, 100, 125, 150, 200. Other thicknesses 250, 300, 500, 750 \u00b5m on request. The thickness tolerance is +\/- 7 %.<\/p>\n

These films are non-reinforced and semi-crystalline from PEEK\u2122 polyether ether ketone polymer. They offer engineers a material solution for high-performance applications. They have a unique combination of properties such as high temperature resistance, low weight, mechanical strength, durability, excellent radiation, hydrolysis and chemical resistance, electrical insulation, abrasion and wear resistance, excellent barrier properties with high purity, flame retardant without the use of flame retardants, low toxicity of combustion products and low moisture absorption. The inherently flame-retardant films are easy to process.<\/h5>\n
