Kapton\u00ae MT<\/strong>
\nKapton\u00ae MT is a very high-performance insulation foil with excellent mechanical properties that is also thermally conductive. Other heat-conducting foils based on copper and aluminum foils are mainly used as “heat spreaders” to quickly distribute localized heat development over a large area. Coating with a high-performance acrylate adhesive makes it easy to pre-assemble components by gluing.<\/p>\n

Silicone Films
\n<\/strong>Silicone Films made of soft, thermally conductive material, coated with adhesive on one side and highly flexible, are also an option for dissipating heat with high dielectric strength.<\/p>\n
