Bectron\u00ae PL 4122 <\/strong>are modified alkyd varnishes for the conformal coating of printed circuit boards (PCB) and hybrids. They are lead-free, fluorescent, free of aromatic solvents and fulfill the highest requirements for electronic applications. UL94-V0. Bectron\u00ae PL 1104 <\/strong>is a transparent acrylate-based coating, lead-free, air-drying and thermally curing. UL94-V0. Bectron\u00ae PL 5621 <\/strong>is a transparent topcoat based on modified epoxy resin, low viscosity, UV + thermal curing and VOC free. These coatings can be applied by selective overcoating, spraying, dipping or selective flooding.<\/p>\n

Thick Film Coatings (Conformal Coating)<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Bectron\u00ae PK 43.. and PK55.. <\/strong>are heat-curing one-component polyurethane resins based on a liquid polyol system with encapsulated isocyanate hardener and pigments for controlled flow and exceptional thixotropic properties. In contrast to two-component systems, they can be processed immediately and are highly environmentally friendly.<\/p>\n

Bectron\u00ae PK43.. (120\u00b0C) \/ PK 55.. (150\u00b0C)… <\/strong>are suitable for selective coating and swirl spraying (swirl technique). Low viscosity PK resins are also suitable for dipping.<\/p>\n

Bectron\u00ae PT46.. <\/strong>are one-component, moisture-curing +UV-curing polyurethanes and can also be used as adhesives.<\/p>\n
