Les fils, isol\u00e9s plusieurs fois avec des plastiques fluor\u00e9s, permettent de construire des transformateurs compacts sans isolation interm\u00e9diaire entre l’enroulement primaire et l’enroulement secondaire en raison de leur rigidit\u00e9 di\u00e9lectrique. Il en r\u00e9sulte un meilleur couplage magn\u00e9tique entre les enroulements, ce qui permet de r\u00e9duire les inductances parasites.<\/h5>\n
Ces fils conviennent \u00e9galement parfaitement aux applications dans les appareils \u00e9lectriques m\u00e9dicaux, car la tension de claquage de l’isolation est sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 4250 volts, ce qui est exig\u00e9 par UL pour la protection des personnes.<\/h5>\n
