Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un mat\u00e9riau rigide et hydrophile qui n\u00e9cessite des pr\u00e9cautions particuli\u00e8res lors de son utilisation. Le fil c\u00e9ramique KD 500 doit \u00eatre trait\u00e9 avec soin, sans subir de contraintes m\u00e9caniques (pliage, traction, etc.).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Stockage<br \/>\n<\/strong>Le fil c\u00e9ramique KD 500 doit \u00eatre stock\u00e9 dans un environnement sec.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application<br \/>\n<\/strong>Nous recommandons d\u2019utiliser un d\u00e9rouleur motoris\u00e9 command\u00e9 par un rouleau suiveur ou une poulie mobile, en d\u00e9roulant \u00e0 l\u2019horizontale. Le fil doit \u00eatre enroul\u00e9 \u00e0 vitesse constante afin d\u2019\u00e9viter des mouvements saccad\u00e9s. Le fil ne doit pas \u00eatre soumis \u00e0 des contraintes de torsion pendant l\u2019enroulement. Le fil ne doit pas frotter contre des \u00e9l\u00e9ments fixes (par exemple : guide-fil, les fils entre eux). La force maximale doit rester constant.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Instructions pour d\u00e9nuder le fil<br \/>\n<\/strong>La couche d\u2019isolation en c\u00e9ramique est tr\u00e8s fine et adh\u00e8re \u00e9troitement au conducteur c&rsquo;est pourquoi les outils de d\u00e9nudage standard ne peuvent donc pas \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s. L\u2019isolation doit \u00eatre retir\u00e9e par abrasion. Il est recommand\u00e9, pour tous les mod\u00e8les, d\u2019utiliser du papier de verre \u00e0 grain tr\u00e8s fin.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Connecter le fil<br \/>\n<\/strong>Le conducteur du fil c\u00e9ramique KD 500 est en cuivre nickel\u00e9. Il peut \u00eatre raccord\u00e9 de diff\u00e9rentes mani\u00e8res:<br \/>\n&gt; Par brasage \u00e0 l\u2019argent<br \/>\n&gt; Par \u00e9pissure ou enroulement<\/p>\n<p><strong>Remarques<br \/>\n<\/strong>Apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;installation, le fil c\u00e9ramique KD 500 ne doit plus \u00eatre soumis \u00e0 des mouvements ni \u00e0 des contraintes m\u00e9caniques. En cas de vibrations pendant l&rsquo;utilisation, il est recommand\u00e9 d&rsquo;encastrer l&rsquo;enroulement dans du ciment r\u00e9fractaire.
