Self-welding belts
The self-fusing tapes manufactured by ARLON® from a specially formulated silicone rubber are marketed under the brand names Self Fusing Tape and MOX-Tape®. The permanent fusion provides an insulating barrier that is resistant to moisture and ozone over a wide temperature range. ARLON hot melt tapes provide excellent electrical insulation and have been meeting the requirements of thousands of demanding applications for years, even under challenging environmental conditions.
Electrical adhesive tapes and punched parts
CMC Klebetechnik is a leading global manufacturer and developer of technical adhesive tapes and has been producing adhesive tapes as well as insulating stamped and molded parts for applications in electronics and transformer and motor construction for over 60 years. Typical applications include tapes and die-cut parts made of polyester for masking, PTFE as a sliding surface, Kapton for high-temperature applications or metal for electrical conduction. New developments and innovations are constantly being added to our range of adhesive tapes and die-cut parts.
Woven and extruded insulating sleeves
MS-Damerius is a long-established company and manufacturer of woven and extruded plastic conduits used to insulate electrical cables and wires in the higher temperature range. These include woven hoses with polyurethane coating or silicone rubber coating, but also extruded hoses made of PVC, silicone rubber or PVC in the TQ range. The target markets include electrical and transformer construction as well as the automotive industry.
Liquid insulating materials to protect electronics
ELANTAS products and technologies offer protection against electrical, thermal and mechanical stresses, vibrations and explosion protection. The most important product lines for industrial applications are impregnating resins and coatings, potting compounds, flexible insulating films and electronic substrates, adhesives and protective coatings for printed circuit boards (conformal coatings).

Flexible surface insulation materials / Triflexil ®
PUCARO is one of the world’s leading premium manufacturers of electrical insulation materials and produces high-quality, flexible surface insulation materials for layer insulation, slot insulation, slot closure and phase insulation of electric motors under the TRIFLEXIL brand name. These multilayer insulating materials form a very good bond with impregnating and trickling resins thanks to special outer layers made of pressboard, nonwovens and NOMEX® papers.
Multi-insulated wires
Rubadue is one of the world’s leading American manufacturers of wires that are produced with insulation made of multiple layers of fluoroplastic. Due to their increased dielectric strength, these wires are particularly suitable for the construction of compact transformers without intermediate insulation between the primary and secondary windings, resulting in better magnetic coupling between the windings and lower leakage inductance.
Temperature limiter and PTC thermistor
Thanks to their outstanding quality, Thermik’s protective temperature limiters and PTC thermistors meet the highest safety and reliability requirements. The temperature limiters are equipped with a patented bimetal switching system that has been tried and tested millions of times and are installed as a safety mechanism in electric motors, heaters or transformers to safeguard the temperature (temperature protection switch). In addition to temperature limiters, the product range also includes PTC motor protection sensors, PTC thermistors and customer-specific PTC heating elements for temperature protection.
