HF stranded wires, triple insulated with FEP or ETFE These HF stranded wires are made from enamel-insulated wire by twisting several cores together. This largely suppresses the skin effect that occurs at higher frequencies.

CS series fan blade with insertable socket The CS fan blades are only supplied with a large fixed hole. According to a proprietary principle, a bushing is pressed into the motor shaft, which is available in various bores. If the standard bore does not match, the bushing can be easily clamped in the lathe and turned out accordingly. A vane type usually includes 3-6 bushes, 2-5 of which have a standard bore with two keyways. Another type, type 0, has a cylindrical bore and can be machined to fit thin shafts. The keyway must then be chiselled out. To prevent expansion damage, the bushing and vane are made of the same material. Three lips are offset at the top and bottom inside the sash. This makes it possible to press in from both sides, whereby the bush has an even tighter fit in the sash. If necessary, the bushing can now also be pinned to the motor shaft and the sash can then be pressed on. This option is a great advantage, especially with short shaft ends. In order to ensure the most universal use possible, the curvature of these blades has been kept very flat. This means that a wider range of different engine makes can be covered. Thanks to a special compound, the material is kept so soft that it is possible to trim the individual blades. One bush always fits two fan blade sizes.
