PEEK electrical insulating films

These films are non-reinforced and semi-crystalline from PEEK™ polyether ether ketone polymer. They offer engineers a material solution for high-performance applications. They have a unique combination of properties such as high temperature resistance, low weight, mechanical strength, durability, excellent radiation, hydrolysis and chemical resistance, electrical insulation, abrasion and wear resistance, excellent barrier properties with high purity, low flammability without the use of flame retardants, low toxicity of combustion products and low moisture absorption. The inherently flame-retardant films are easy to process.

Standard thicknesses and widths:

 

The standard width of the film is 610 mm – widths up to 1500 mm on request. Standard thicknesses (in µm) – 12, 18, 25, 38, 50, 63, 75, 100, 125, 150, 200. Other thicknesses 250, 300, 500, 750 µm on request. The thickness tolerance is +/- 7 %.
