Polyimide hoses

0,00

Properties

Polyimide-based hoses offer properties that are far superior to those of
conventional thermoplastics:

  • Temperature resistance: Continuous temperature 240°C, short-term up to 400°C.
  • Resistant to radiation, solvents, acids, oil and ultra-low temperatures (cryogens).
  • Possibility of lubricating coating inside and outside.
  • Medical Grade and Industrial Grade.
  • Diameter up to 50.8 mm possible

Polyimide hoses are manufactured using dip coating. The wall thickness is determined by the number of dips. Due to the process, endless hoses cannot be produced, only piece lengths.
