Kapton® MT is a very high-performance insulation foil with excellent mechanical properties that is also thermally conductive. Other heat-conducting foils based on copper and aluminum foils are mainly used as “heat spreaders” to quickly distribute localized heat development over a large area. Coating with a high-performance acrylic adhesive makes it easy to pre-assemble components by gluing.
