Kapton® MT is a very high-performance insulation foil with excellent mechanical properties that is also thermally conductive. Other heat-conducting foils based on copper and aluminum foils are mainly used as “heat spreaders” to quickly distribute localized heat development over a large area. Coating with a high-performance acrylate adhesive makes it easy to pre-assemble components by gluing.

Silicone Films, made of soft, thermally conductive material, coated with adhesive on one side and highly flexible, are also an option for dissipating heat with high dielectric strength.
