Hot Melting Resins Bectron® MR 34 … Hot-melt Compounds for quick and easy protection of electronics. Modified polyolefin, solvent-free and VOC-free. These resins offer better moisture protection and adhesion and have lower melting points than conventional polyamide-based Hot Melting Resins. Excellent electrical insulating properties and very good adhesion to many substrates. High chemical resistance to acids, alkalis including polar solvents and fungal growth.

 

The resins can be easily processed with hot-melt guns or heated dispensers. Removing the coating for repair purposes or reworking is very easy. From 150 °C the material is ready for casting. It becomes solid again when cooled to 100 °C. It is ideal for production lines with large volumes and short process times.
