  • Very good fire behaviour LOI 24-35 (depending on thickness)
  • halogen-free
  • Very good mechanical strength
  • good abrasion behaviour / tensile strength
  • Very low toxicity of fire gases combined with low smoke gas density
  • Can be used in the medical sector / sterilisable (ethylene oxide / steam / gamma radiation) USP Class VI approval of the base material is available
  • Very high radiation resistance
  • UL94 V-0 listed
  • Very high dielectric strength ( 190 kV/mm )

 

Conductor: Bare copper
Tin-plated copper (TPC) Nickel-plated copper (NPC) Silver-plated copper (SPC)
Insulation: from 0.1 mm wall thickness depending on cross-section
Double-insulated cores also possible (e.g. 2 x 0.1 mm wall)
Colors: no exact RAL shade possible due to strong inherent color
