The cores are wound from grain-oriented electrical steel tape in the direction of the grain orientation, resulting in the lowest specific losses with the best permeability, both at low and high inductions.

As standard, we supply all Toroidal Tape Cores with a black protective coating.

Iron-nickel cores (Fe-Ni), Mumetal

We are also able to supply Fe-Ni alloy cores in strip thicknesses of 0.10 mm and 0.20 mm. The property of higher initial permeability makes Fe-Ni alloys particularly suitable for the construction of measuring transformers, differential transformers, magnetic amplifiers, filters and in many cases for shielding field leakage. The use of state-of-the-art instruments for continuous testing during production guarantees the required magnetic properties of these products.
