The ‘Easy Flange’ tool is used to attach flanges to fluoroplastic hoses with an outside diameter of 1/16 to 1/8 inch. It forms the flange using only mechanical force and therefore requires no power. The flange is of high quality as the hose is not stressed by heat. The shaping part with a special negative conical profile produces flanges with high sealing properties.

  • Hose cutting tool
  • 3 m PTFE hose 1/16″ with inner diameter 0.75 mm
