Mylar® insulating tube, shrinkable class B (130 °C)

0,00

Wound Insulation Tubes for low-cost insulation in low-cost insulation applications in the temperature class B range.

  • Reliable fixation due to shrinkage of 35%.
  • Inner diameter from 1.60 mm to 210.00
  • available with wall thicknesses from 0.050 mm to 0.500 mm.
  • Rapid shrinkage within 10
  • Excellent dielectric strength and impact resistance.
  • Structure made of multi-layer DuPont™ Mylar® film.
  • The film is UL
  • Resistant to oil and most refrigerants.
  • Suitable for applications in temperature class B at continuous temperatures of 130°C to 155°C.
  • Cut lengths can also be supplied.

The Mylar® insulating tube insulates and secures electrical connections in electric motors, refrigeration systems and other applications. Due to its high dielectric strength and impact resistance, this shrinkable insulating tube can also be used in demanding applications at short-term temperatures of up to 160 °C.
