The non-shrink insulating tube made of calendered Nomex® 410 is very suitable for insulating electrical cables in electric motors and applications in the aviation and automotive industries. The tensile strength and contact resistance are maintained even at high temperatures.

Properties

  • Coiled, multi-layer insulating and protective conduit for applications in temperature class H
  • Material: DuPont ™ Nomex® 410
  • Inner diameter from 2.00 mm to 200
  • with wall thicknesses from 0.105 mm to 0.8 mm
  • The insulating tube is made of wound Nomex® film and can be used for applications up to 180 °C.
  • The material is UL certified
  • It is resistant to chemicals and solvents.
  • The white insulating pipes are also available with color coding for differentiation.
