Description
The Strip-Wound Cut Cores can be held together with a tinned steel strip and blocked by means of spot soldering. Blocking must be carried out with a certain force, depending on the cross-section of the Strip-Wound Cut Cores. For this purpose, locking pliers are used which can be adjusted from 0 – 125 kg force. The pliers are connected to a compressed air source. For the maximum tension of 80 kg, a pressure of approx. 8 kg/cm2 is required. We supply tinned, solderable steel bands, endless on rings, with corresponding clamps for these pneumatic pliers.
