Pneumatic pliers for closing cutting band cores

The cutting strip cores can be held together with a tinned steel strip and blocked by means of spot soldering. Blocking must be performed with a certain force, depending on the cross-section of the cutting band core. This is done using a locking pliers which can be adjusted from 0 – 125 kg force. The pliers are connected to a compressed air source. For the max. tension of 125 kg, a pressure of approx. 8 kg/cm² is required. We supply tin-plated, solderable steel strips, endless on rings, with corresponding clamps for these pneumatic pliers.
