We manufacture stamped parts insulated on one or two sides according to your dimensional drawings. In order to shield housing parts, we have the option of applying adhesive to metal foils (copper or aluminium).

The standard length is 50 or 66 m. The number of rolls per small box (KK) is calculated as follows: Roll width = approx. 300 mm corresponds to the contents of a small box

Example:

Width of a single roll = 15 mm corresponds to 20 rolls per small box (= 300 mm) 1 packaging unit (PU) consists of 8 small boxes (KK)

 

Tapes made from Kapton® :

These can also be purchased in smaller quantities from the factory warehouse. Please ask us.

 

Exceptions:

Individual rolls of the following electrical adhesive tapes can also be ordered from our warehouse.

Widths / tolerances

 

Widths are available from 4 to 6 mm (depending on the material) in increments of 0.1 mm. Width tolerances: ± 0.02 to 0.03 mm

 

Special versions

 

In addition to the usual roll form, we can also supply sheets and die-cut parts according to drawings. Many of the adhesive tapes can be combined in two or more layers. Individual types can be supplied printed. Excess or short lengths can also be produced. Die-cut parts made from the adhesive tapes are available on request as custom-made products with regard to film thickness and adhesive.

 

Storage conditions

 

Shelf life is 6 months at 15°C – 20°C and 56% relative humidity.
